How To Follow jeniann1977's own diet:

It would be best to follow this diet to the letter. however there are some things that can be changed. if you find you dont like the glucerna shakes switch to a different protien shake that is low in calories, carbs, sugars and high in protien. the same goes for the protien bars. you can eat salads but watch out for the dressing.

About / History

I found this diet through my bariatric surgeon. I haven't had the surgery yet. This is also geared towards my diabetes. so from a weight loss and diabetic stand point if I follow this diet to the letter it will work for me. It has allready gotten my sugar levels under control. and the most amazing thing is that I am never hungry.
