1.Take Foods out slowly so you can have time to find other, healthier foods to replace it with.
2.Drink lots of water, at least 8 cups a day
3.When snacking between meals, always eat something healthy like a piece or fruit, a handful of nuts or vegetables.
4.There are many vegan friendly recipes for all your favorite meals so you should feel left out or deprived.
5.Be sure to eat small meal throughout the day to keep your metabolism going and the hunger pangs away.
6.A treat is good every once in a while as long as you're the one making it.
