protein-based diet

this diet is about just eating proteins and not eating sugar or cereal, is a little hard to do it but is very effective, and i know that if i can do it, anyone can , so i hope you try it, thanks and good luck

ps: this is a very extreme diet, so you can only do it for 2 weeks, and be carefull because if you eat something with sugar or flour, the diet looses its complete effect.

About / History

a friend did this diet and lost like 3 kg per week, i did it 2 days and i lost .5 kg so i`m gonna keep doing it, but be carefull because this diet is about proteins so if you break it, you could gain weight, and you can only follow it for 2 weeks, then do a normal diet 1 week and then you can restart this diet for another 2 weeks..
