 Summary:

this diet is about just eating proteins and not eating sugar or cereal, is a little hard to do it but is very effective,and i know that if i can do it, anyone can , so i hope you try it, thanks and good luck

ps: this is a very extreme diet, so you can only do it for 2 weeks, and be carefull because if you eat something with sugar or flour, the diet looses its complete effect.

 How To Follow protein-based diet:

its easy to follow, you just have to remember what you can and you cant eat,
what you can:
liquids- water, mineral water, coffe, tea, diet soda.
alcohol: brandy, tequila, vodka, whiskey.
meat: pork, beef, chicken, turkey, fish, tuna, shrimp. ( anyway you want it except breaded, weathered or fried )
cheeses: manchego, parmesan and grill
-vegetables: almost any kind
fruit: only lime, jicama and cucumber
others: jello light, gum, eggs

what you cant eat:
any kind of bread, milk, cake, honey, corn, ketchup, bbq, rice, avocado, any kind of peanuts, potato, beans, cookies, juice, any kind of fruit, wine, regular soda, popcorns, or anything that contains sugar or flour.

2.if you can do some exercise like a 30 mins walk or some, it will be great.

About / History

a friend did this diet and lost like 3 kg per week, i did it 2 days and i lost .5 kg so i`m gonna keep doing it, but be carefull because this diet is about proteins so if you break it, you could gain weight, and you can only follow it for 2 weeks, then do a normal diet 1 week and then you can restart this diet for another 2 weeks..
