its easy to follow, you just have to remember what you can and you cant eat,
what you can:
liquids- water, mineral water, coffe, tea, diet soda.
alcohol: brandy, tequila, vodka, whiskey.
meat: pork, beef, chicken, turkey, fish, tuna, shrimp. ( anyway you want it except breaded, weathered or fried )
cheeses: manchego, parmesan and grill
-vegetables: almost any kind
fruit: only lime, jicama and cucumber
others: jello light, gum, eggs
what you cant eat:
any kind of bread, milk, cake, honey, corn, ketchup, bbq, rice, avocado, any kind of peanuts, potato, beans, cookies, juice, any kind of fruit, wine, regular soda, popcorns, or anything that contains sugar or flour.
