Before starting this diet, I went on a 10-day fast using just lemon-water(heated or chilled), 100% apple juice, and the occasional chicken or vegetable broth.
After completing the 10-day fast, Monday through Wednesday, I fast on just lemon juice with water, vegetarian vegetable broth, some juice(8 ounces a day), and the occasional coffee. Thursday through Sunday, I eat vegetarian meals, mostly vegetarian chili because it's easy and I only have to cook once a week(check out some of my recipes).
My goal is to be at a healthy weight, gain more muscle, and have more energy for my new business(photography studio).
