HcG Dr. Simeons Pound and Inches Protocol.

Includes taking daily injections of HcG (prescribed by a doctor), and eating a Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) of only 500 calories a day (The HcG takes 2,000 calories from your fat cells so you still have plenty of energy to get through the day). The food list is very specific (specific lean proteins, specific vegetables and fruits, no grains, sugars, sugar substitutes, fats, etc.) Organic is best.

You go on the protocol for six weeks, then go off of it for six weeks because you build up immunity to the HcG. Average weightloss for every six week cycle is between 1/2 pound and one pound a day. Unlike other rapid weightloss diets, you are not left with baggy skin, and the diet resets your metabolism for each cycle you do it.

Last year I lost 70 pounds on the diet.

Before you start the diet it is best to 1st read "Dr. Simeons Pounds and Inches" (google it) and determine if this is something you want to do. Then pick up a copy of The Weight Loss Cure by Kevin Trudeau. This will give you a good understanding of the Diet protocol updates, additions and some other health benefits that Kevin Trudeau added to the Diet. .** Check with your Dr. if you are on medications or have health issues , make sure you can handle the Diet**

1.Daily injections (or homeopathic oral drops) of HcG, prescribed by a doctor. Taking the HcG takes 2,000 calories of fat from your cells and puts it into your blood stream, so you don't feel hungry.
2.Follow a VLCD (very low calorie diet) of 500 calories.
3.ONLY eat what's on the approved foods list.
4.Need a LOT of self control, because if you cheat, you might not only not lose weight, but you may gain it as well (since you are putting a total of 2,500 calories into your blood stream).
5.This diet does not require exercise, but walking (and walking ONLY) is recommended while you are on it.
6.Weigh yourself every single day.

About / History

Technically HCG stands for “human Chorionic Gonadotropin”. It is a human byproduct produced during a woman’s pregnancy. It has been medically known for more than 80 years. It’s role is to maintain the progesterone production that is critical for a pregnancy. Some researchers believe that HCG can provide pregnant women with extra immunity during pregnancy and can actually help the body burn more fat. The result is that the burning of fat can be used to aid in weight loss when combined with a healthy low calorie diet.

The history of the HCG Diet begins with Dr. A T W Simeons of Rome, Italy. He was born in London and graduated in medicine [summa cum laude] at the University of Heidelberg. He is the author, researcher and scientist who developed this hCG diet more than thirty-five years ago. His research covered forty years of grappling with the fundamental problem of being over-weight. Throughout those forty years he investigated every new theory, method and promising lead. He experimentally screened and critically evaluated each aspect of them.
