1.Drink plenty of water! You feel better when you drink water!
2.Veggies are my free food. If I'm hungry, and I can't think of what I want, veggies it is!
3.Don't get discouraged! We all slip and have weak moments! Just keep going!
4.Keep active. I know you may not feel like working out, but after you warm up, it's much easier to keep the momentum going!
