Carolyn Ray's top tips

1.eat 5 or more small meals each day.
2.do not restrict any foods but try to include 5-8 servings of fruits and vegatables each day.
3.drink at least 6- 8 8oz glasses of water each day.
4.count every calorie do not exceed 1400 calories in a given day.
5.exercise in short ( 15-20 minute) intervals at least twice a day.
6.get plenty of sleep.
