this is my personal diet I eat what ever I want but count every calorie I try to eat healthy foods but I do not limit my choices. I do not exceed 1400 calories a day

Carolyn Ray's top tips 5 or more small meals each day. not restrict any foods but try to include 5-8 servings of fruits and vegatables each day.
3.drink at least 6- 8 8oz glasses of water each day.
4.count every calorie do not exceed 1400 calories in a given day.
5.exercise in short ( 15-20 minute) intervals at least twice a day.
6.get plenty of sleep.
