1.
eat 5 or more small meals each day.
2.
do not restrict any foods but try to include 5-8 servings of fruits and vegatables each day.
3.
drink at least 6- 8 8oz glasses of water each day.
4.
count every calorie do not exceed 1400 calories in a given day.
5.
exercise in short ( 15-20 minute) intervals at least twice a day.
6.
get plenty of sleep.
