Fat Loss 4 Idiots


Fat Loss 4 Idiots is an online program. You print off a menu that you follow for 11 days then you have 3 "free" days that you can eat whatever you want. Flours and sugars are what is cut out of your diet. You eat four meals a day. So simple but it is pretty restricted. It is VERY effective if you stick to it.
