A Plant Based, Whole Foods Diet
A Plant Based, Whole Foods Diet
Summary:
It sounds restrictive and monkish. It is not. I work in a pizza place and eat there almost every day. Order 'no cheese, sub spinach' on your veggie pizza. All of the sudden it's healthy.

loltron's top tips
1.
No animal based foods. It is to be avoided at all costs if it contains any animal protein or animal fat.
2.
This is not a 'diet'. One does not start it and then stop. It is a lifestyle change.
3.
People ask what it is you eat. Its simple. Plants. Go to the grocery store, buy a bunch of plants, and then cook them.
4.
Processed food can be just as bad if not worse than just animal based foods. Look at hydrogenated soybean oil. So to avoid. I try to be sure to purchase only the least processed foods.
5.
You eat as much *unprocessed* plant based foods as you can. You don't restrict intake of these foods in any way. The only thing to keep in mind is protein intake. Just be mindful that you are eating some and you will be fine.
6.
Thats it! It's the easiest thing in the world.
