Eat what you want, just make sure you write it down, either with an app for your phone, or on the computer. Need to be responsible for what you eat.
Also eat no fast food, soda, msg, high fructose corn syrup, processed foods, gmo foods. Minimize sugary foods, non organic foods.
Exercise every day, whether it be walking for 20 minutes, or dancing with the kids. Every little bit helps.
