Paula50's own diet

 Summary:

My cholesterol is high, I have to avoid sodium, and I need to lose weight. I have designed my own diet to start regulating the first two needs first and then will begin to watch calories. It is taking a while to get results, but I am making life changes here that are pretty drastic for me, so I am taking one at a time. Exercise is the next hurdle I will make.

About / History

I have tried a Christian weight loss program and lost a lot of weight. I did not eat a balanced diet. It was only about cutting portions, which is a good idea, but the diet should follow the food pyramid and include an increase in exercise. That is the only way to keep it off and stay healthy.
