 How To Follow Amanita's own diet:

Easy. Good breakfast with skimmed milk and whole bran cornflakes anb alternated with zero fat cheese and eggs sandwich; snacks of fruits or veggies or unsweetened smoothies or protein shakes. A good lunch or late dinner. No eating after 8 pm. Drink diet soda occasionally, water freely

1.Do not overeat( small meals)
2.eat every 3-4 hours
3.balance carbs and proteins
4.Eat less fats
5.Concentrate on healthy fats( omega 3)
6.Be calorie aware, think of ur daily calorie needs as a budget, do not consume your budget on empty calories(like simple sugars, biscuits..etc.

About / History

I read through many diets but I found that my body cannot handle low carb diet because i am slow oxidiser besides I am blood group A who needs carbs in their diet. I found a balanced low fat diet suits me and keeps me satisfied.
