8am - breakfast consisting of cornflakes and milk. Or 2 dosa and mint chutney. Or 3 idli with mint chutney. Or 1 bowl poha.
11:30am - Coffee, 2 wheat cracker biscuits
1pm - 2/3 thin rotis with 1 bowl vegetables, 1 bowl daal and curd
4pm - Coffee with 2 wheat cracker biscuits
6pm - 2 wheat bread vegetable sandwich
8:30pm - Large bowl of salads. Optionally 2 rotis and 1 bowl vegetables and 1 bowl daal.
