When I started this it was just to count my calories. Since then I've started P90X and have adjusted my calorie intact to reflect the 3 Phases in the P90X nutrition plan.
Phase 1 50% Protein 30% Carbs 20% Fat
Phase 2 40% Protein 40% Carbs 20% Fat
Phase 3 20% Protein 60% Carbs 20% Fat
