Replace two meals a day (Breakfast and Lunch) with the Herbal life Formula 1 shake - taken best with flavoured Soy milk and a table spoon of protein powder (herbal life formula 3) plus the supplements: herbal life multivitamin, Herbal Complex, Fibre & Herb Tablets. Then have 1 nutritional meal for dinner. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.

 How To Follow My Herbal Life Progamme:

Have the first shake after 8am, use the thermojenics tea to keep from snacking during the day. It also burns fat. Have another shake for lunch. Drink lots of water at least 8 glasses per day. Have a low calorie dinner with all the right food groups and colours. Take the supplements ; multivitamin, fibre & herb, herbal complex. Use the support group keep record of your measurements.
