I have a meal replacement shake, an energy tea, and vitamins for breakfast and lunch. I Drink plenty of water, not only to promote the weight loss, but to help to curb hunger. For supper, I eat whatever I feed the family - along with vitamins. Weighing food portions and recording are necesary if you want to loose.
