ViSalus 90 Day Challenge


 Summary:

A low calorie diet WORKS... but you have to figure out what calorie level works for you in order to lose weight. The older you get the less food you need because your level of activity lowers naturally for most and you get comfortable! I find that I have to not eat more than 1000-1100 cal/day or I won't lose.

VRWH's top tips

1.Save some calories for a good snack at night so you don't eat the couch.
2.I chew gum at night which really helps with the cravings
3.The low calorie diet is so good for NOT feeling like you are deprieving yourself. Eat Cake but count it!

About / History

It's got to be the Oldest diet form around and it works for me. I've tried hundreds of other things but I always find them too restrictive and deprieving or tedious and boring... this has LOTS OF VARIETY (the spice of life) but you just need LESS OF IT!
