1.Write down the calories you consume.
2.Forgive yourself if you mess up.
3.Limit alcohol, artificial sweeteners, and sugars (fruits inc.)
4.Change your exercise and diet in small steps. Give your body a chance to adapt and get used to the change before adding another one.
5.If you plateau, increase calories by 200 for two days. Then resume diet.
6.Remain positive. Change takes time. It took a while to get the size you are so its going to take time for it to come off.
