How To Follow atkins with a twist:
you can't dabble in high carb foods or you will gain weight, if you need education on what low carb foods are read the atkins book and then add the twist and you don't have to do induction.

Heatherfeatherv's top tips
1.
Don't eat prepackaged foods. except for salad dressing mayo and bacon, things like that.
2.
Dont overload yourself with meat and try to buy lean as long as the carbs are still low
3.
Stay away from aspartame, and don't dwell on the items your CHOOSING not to eat. Remember it's not that you can't have them your choosing not to have them.
4.
eat fresh and healthy, and when you want a little fat get some crab legs and butter or a steak with jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped with bacon.
5.
use the atkins website from great recipe ideas and support, people have a misconception of what atkins is if you read the book he wants you to eat lots of salad and veggies and not overeat.
6.
DON'T EVEN DABBLE IN HIGH CARB ITEMS OR YOU WILL END UP GAINING.
About / History
