This diet is kind of like Weight Watchers in that you don't completely eliminate any foods. You don't have to count points though! Instead you can come on here and log in what you've eaten to regulate your diet. You can really have anything you want but you should limit certain foods and have an abundance of other foods. Fruits and Veggies are key to this diet. You should try to have a fruit or veggie at every meal. Baked goods, sweets, candy, and processed foods should be kept to a minimum. This diet is really about using your common sense.
