1.Try to eat every 4 hrs - 8am(breakfast)12pm(lunch)4pm(s... 8pm(Dinner)
2.Drink 3 Litersof H20 a day (at the minimum)
3.Hit the gym at least 3 times a week for at least an hour.
4.During cardio try to keep HR at 158 (at the minimum)
