1.	Start the day with some exercise and then have a healthy Visalus shake with some frozen fruit.
2.	Have a healthy mid morning snack i.e. apple or orange.
3.	Healthy lunch - I like to have either a salad or a Visalus shake along with a Jello pudding or cottage cheese. However you can have whatever you want as long as you monitor your Caloric intake (Fatsecret is great for monitoring calories)
4.	I like to take the Visalus Neuro - a natural energy drink supplement that you add to water.
5.	A healthy dinner - track your calories
6.	My daily goal is to stay below my RDI.
