How To Follow The Simple Dimple Diet:

There are many raw food recipe books that provide many delicious ways to prepare fruits and veggies. My favorite thing to do is make fruit smoothies. Add bananas for a creamier taste but remember yogart and milk are not allowed. Mix your green powder with 100% natural juice (try to get something not from concentrate that's organic). My favorite is apple juice. Do not eat raw fruits with raw vegetables. Separate the two by at least one hour, otherwise you will become very bloated. Occassionally cook chicken, turkey, or fish using all natural ingredients like lemon juice, olive oil, and herbs and spices. Drink tea with honey if you are having cravings. Exercise is always an added benefit to any healthy diet. Try to get a half hour of aerobic exercise 3-5 times a week. Strength training is just as important as a cardio workout. Developing muscles will burn calories around the clock and give your body better definition. Plus, you'll feel great when you can bike up that steep hill on third gear when you never could before!

asmith's top tips

1.Eat fruit when you have sweet cravings.
2.Buy a green powder (I recommend Green Vibrance) and mix it with diluted 100% apple juice (or any other 100% natural juice). Drink daily. You will get a lot of the calcium and protein from the green powder that you are missing by not eating dairy and limiting your meat consumption.
3.Drink tea whenever you can. Only add honey as a sweetener if needed.

About / History

The Blood Type Diet and Detox Diet are similar. Basically, all refined carbohydrates and any milk based foods are considered toxins because they need to be processed by the liver before being digested (the same way the body needs to process alcohol and other chemicals). The Ultimate Tea Diet simply states to drink tea, any type of tea, all day and everyday. The health benefits are infinite and it's the one thing you can consume with no limit. The Raw Food Diet is just that; eat all of your fruits and vegetables raw. Cooking fruits and veggies depletes their nutrients and removes natural occuring emzymes needed for digestion. The Paul McKenna Diet Mentality consists of some good guidelines: Listen to your body! Only eat when you are hungry, stop eating when you are full. You should never feel deprived on this diet, there is no calorie counting. Finally, the Ninja Warrior Diet simply means to eat all natural foods, nothing that is processed and packaged. This diet includes drinking green powder drinks. You will get many vegetables, seaweeds, algeas that are super good for you that you would normally never get in your diet.
