stay away from carbs! No pasta, no bread, no sweets, no rice.... i know it's not easy.
2.
try to minimize your meals to maximum 2 a day.
3.
drink lots of water.
4.
green salads with mint would help to keep your appetite low.
5.
eat less!

think positive!
