About / History

Ann Louise Gittleman is a well known "celebrity" nutritionist. The fat flush plan was developed in 1998 with "Beyond Pritikin" and published in it's final form in 2002. There are over 25 books that Gittleman has been involved with, including cookbook, fitness plan add-ons, as well as a fast-track 1 day detox diet.
