Bill Phillips is a former body builder and founder of EAS, a nutritional supplement company. He has published bestsellers such as Body For Life (1999) and Eating For Life(2003) – a recipe book to follow the Body For Life. Online resources are available (www.eatingforlife.com and www.bodyforlife.com).
A Body For Life Challenge takes place yearly with prizes up for grabs. In the first year of the challenge, Phillips gave his Lamborghini away.
