I have a Challenge for the ones who are already on a high intensive level.

What i do is I run 45 min and ever 5 min I increase speed by 0.5 km/h i start at 8.5 km/h can you survive doing that ?! remember ... if anyone will do that just make sure your heart rate doesn't go more than 80% (hear rate calculation 220 - your age = max hear rate )
