Clear Cool Water
I try to drink at least 72 oz water every day once you get past that first glass in the morning then it makes it easier.

06/20/11 1st week update
Successful! I had to really think about it and push myself, but I met this first weeks goal!

Finished my water for the day and will keep drinking!
Today was the easiest. I had two 16 fl. oz. bottles of water and drank them both already! Can I have a lite beer now? :lol:
