try playing fast pace music and walk with the music.....you might want to walk on jogger for according to the no. of songs or music...decide u will walk at 5km/hr till 3 songs are played in a row that will automatically make you walk for 15 to 20 mins....and so on...music encourages to walk...i play a playlist set for fix one hour and as music stops i get to know that i have walked for an hour...Smile
