Most New Years, I find myself reinvigorated to get on the "workout wagon." I want to go to the gym, work out, lose those extra holiday 5 (or ten) pounds...But this year, I can't afford a gym membership, I have two kids under two, and it's REALLY cold outside. I'm trying to reintroduce workouts into my daily schedule, but just not finding any motivation to work with. I'm hoping with just 20 minutes a day, and encouragement, I can get going again. My muscles, and my wasitline, demand it.
