Friday
I have been pretty consistend to take a morning break and afternoon break for a 1 mile walk. I feel refreshed to come back to my desk job and helps me to focus more..plus i come back thirsty and drink ...

I ran 5km the first day (3.2miles), had a rest day yesterday and today was such a lovely day that I went on a long bike ride instead but I WILL go for a walk tomoz of about 3 miles and then run another ...
