How do you plan to keep track of all the miles you walk or run?
i think i have a pedometer somewhere which i could use to convert KM to miles? but i have no idea how to track it. any ideas?

apprehensive but planning
I can already see that this one will be tough because im not as dedicated to running as i once was. However. Hopefully with some planning i'll try to run 2+ miles a day and walk whatever is left over. ...
