If you keep a water bottle with you most the day this one is super easy. It's always good to drink plenty of water, especially when increasing your exercise.

Walk at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week

Guidelines:
Do this however you want. Treadmill, around town, with friends, on a trail. Just get moving! Also, I tend to get bored doing the same things every day, and am sure some of you probably do as well, so if you don't want to walk, replace it with bike riding, skating, running, kayaking, whatever. Just some sort of traveling propelled by your own means.

Walking
I'm actually pretty excited about starting this. It helps being able to put the kids in the stroller and then get moving. By the time I head back home they're just as exhausted as I am.

just joined this site, hoping to achieve this my first challenge x x
going to walk 30 mins at least every day with my older dog and my new puppy, only his 4th walk today... wish me luck :d
