Hi everybody. I just wanted to express my feeling about the participation for this challenge. I created this challenge because I wanted to see change in my life. and I understand that great results start with baby steps. So for this first week, I plan to focus more on the walking and the water, just to get in the habbit of it since I do not drink enough water, and I have a hard time getting some walking in my day out of shere laziness! Some tips that helped me were to walk first thing in the morning, so I can get it out of the way, and a drink half a liter of water with my meals. I am so happy so many of you have incorperated this challenge into your lives, and I know we will all recieve the benifits of making baby steps to a healthier lifestyle, that with hope, will stick for life!
