I'm one size down in what I normally buy in ON. I bought 2 pairs of transition jeans on sale to get me to my next size because the better fit makes me more aware of my choices. I also bought a different cut that is always too tight in the hips to really see the progress.
I also have a dress they sent in a medium by mistake (I usually am an XL, but some cuts are an L). I can squeeze into it, and it also only looks tight in the hips, so that might also be a goal.
