Newness. Whatever you do, don't quit. I went the whole month of September without losing anything. But I stuck with eating right and exercising and the weight is coming off again. You may need to reevaluate your eating and recalculate your RDI. Are you counting calories and tracking your foods? This weight lost is tricky. You have to eat the right amount of calories for your body while exercising. But there is a balance and if its not right, you will not lose.
I used another RDI calculator. I notice that when calculating your RDI on FS, it only wants you to lose a lb a week, which is rather slow. 2 lbs a week is still healthy weight lost. I added the link below. You can add in more factors to give you a more accurate count. It gives the RDI for maintenance, weight lost, and extreme weight lost.
