I was doing great with just cutting back on calories. But then I started exercising and added strength training to my workouts. It's discouraging because the scale is going in the opposite direction. I know the saying "muscle weighs more than fat" but that isn't going to get me into a smaller jean size. I am really not losing inches either. Im just so frustrated but I am continuing to work out and stick with my RDI. Hopefully, my body will catch up with my determination.
