Avoid all high calorie treats and snacks. Especially with all that great Halloween candy it is hard, but just think of your wonderful progress so far and just say no.

The amount of food eaten doesn't matter as much as the quality of the food. Choose healthy low fat, low calorie foods and enjoy eating more this month before Thanksgiving. If you "blow it" one time of the reporting week, still say yes, but try harder next week.

Enjoy Thanksgiving, but choose foods wisely. If you eat the pie, then walking within 30 minutes of eating will help it not to raise your blood sugar (and will help burn the calories)
