Lets up the exercise again - do something for 40 minutes a day to get that heart pumping and burn those inches! 5 days a week for 40 minutes is just 10 minutes more a day. We can do it.

Enjoy Thanksgiving, but choose foods wisely. If you eat the pie, then walking within 30 minutes of eating will help it not to raise your blood sugar (and will help burn the calories)
