Thanksgiving - Eating a great meal without feeling the over stuffed feeling

Guidelines:
Enjoy Thanksgiving, but choose foods wisely. If you eat the pie, then walking within 30 minutes of eating will help it not to raise your blood sugar (and will help burn the calories)

Going Backwards
I was stuck too and doing everything right. It's hard to keep going but I am DETERMINED! I used a day to eat all fresh fruit and veggies and I think that did it. Finally lost 1 lb. Hang in there ...
