Where did January go...

Wow what a whirl wind.. Oh well.. Gym yesterday, gym tonight and need to go shopping for main meals not meat for next week..

So far Veggies/Fruit - good
exercises - done

Today my goal is to get to 12K steps.. I average near 6.5 now.. was 5 last month.. Need to move the next 3 days....

Morning,

It,s bat wing fri. Have 20 bi, tri, pushups done. Took dog for 20 min getting ready to sit for 7 hours straight ,,,, ugh!

Donna, To avoid injury Coach yourself thin , remember them,lol said increase current workout by 10% . It,s week 3 were not fading our we let,s kick some booty. Laurie

Good Afternoon Teamies!!

I have been doing nothing all morning except watching tv. No bad eating while watching though. My food has been good this week, but not enough of it. I have no appetite with this cold. I am taking vitamins and trying to feel better. I'm pushing myself to get the challenge done each day and trying to get at least 2 miles of walking. It's hard when you feel like crap, but I can't stop or it will only be harder next week.

Anne - Please keep posting. We know you'll be back on track soon!! We are here for you through the good and the bad.

Denise - You are a great sister...hugs and love to you!!
The more I think about the clothing incident yesterday, the more I laugh. You are right...things do happen for a reason.

Laurie - the temp here 2 days ago was 70 and today it is 41. Only in Alabama...The clashing of the hot and cold is what caused the tornadoes.
Too much salad? send some my way!! It sounds delish!

Donna - have fun at the gym tomight!

Happy Friday!

Hope everyone is doing well. Its looking really quiet around here! I'm feeling it too really. I was having wicked cravings last night for something really creamy. I ended up eating a few pieces of bacon and going to bed. Not feeling too energized but I am going for a walk later in this gorgeous weather! After all, its back on the airplane and off to Boston for me Sunday.
K, back to work. Not sure whats for dinner later, just made myself an omelette and still feeling a little hungry.

Hey All

Gym was fun, did 1.75 on the TM for 20 minutes, then did the 30 min cardio circut, and ended with the stair climer.. changed it up.. Doing well.

Food was good today...

Sherry _ Hope you are feeling better soon.. Homemade Chicken Soup.. Change the noodles with more veggies less noodles, its good and comfort and not some much sodium and fat..

Laurie - How you feeling today..

So going to the gym tomorrow and doing Ab workout, will do the TM and then will most likely doing the stairs again.. that was a great workout..

Ok off to watch a movie.. with hubby.. tty soon

Audit fieldwork is completed, yeah! Today was still busy since I moved into a bigger office today. Not a soul in the office to help me but things had to be moved as we had a prospective tenant coming to look at the space. Today I found out that I am stronger than I thought I was, managed to move three file cabinets and a bookcase all by myself. Down side is I awarded myself with piece of cake, but bet I burned it off, lol!

I still have to re-arrange all the filing but that will be easy compared to moving the furniture and setting up two computers.
