**Based on weight loss% and 10 miles logged.


The following also completed 10 miles this week and still are in running for overall biggest loser:

Yeah everyone!! Crazy weekend. I think my back is near 100% now, so I should be able to do a lot better. Got yesterdays cardio done just this am, already did 150 calf raises. Ouch! Off to work.

Good Morning and congrats to everyone for a great first week!! Laughing

I slept late this morning and I feel great! For Breakfast I had an egg, tomato and 1/2 ounce of cheese wrapped in a low carb tortilla. Yum! Will be doing half of my calf raises now and half later today. I'm also going to the YMCA to renew my membership and walk on the treadmill.

Congrats to all for your efforts to yourself.

I had to remind myself, as I do at least every few wks, what a true portion is???????
example
an apple = is a medium or small (not a super over grown one)
a banana = is a medium not foot long ones that would be 2 servings

I am trying to use my measuring tools for all when I am at home, and to be honest it amazes me
what I think is a serving compared to an actual serving.......it helps reign in me back in.......
................where are your measuring cups?

QUIZ ??????? what is an actual pasta serving?????????? 1 serving....

what do you think it is compared to what you actually put on your plate?

I will check back tonight.

Denise - I am thinking that a serving is 1/2 cup and I am sure that I put more than that when I don't measure. My measuring tools are in the cabinet beside the prep counter and my scale is on the counter. I am ready! 50 calf raises done, 50 more to go. My snack was a peanut butter protein shake. I'm about to eat lunch but I'm not sure what yet. I've got to go to the grocery store tomorrow.

Where is everybody today?

Hey All

Denise, I'm Italian, there is no ending of pasta.. LOL... I take 2 - 3 servings when I cook it... So now it's a semi monthly thing and not a weekly - once every 2 months is good..

Off to the gym - need to get steps and some calf raises in...

A serving according to package,BLC,Weight Watchers or Donna,LOL. I just measure mine and tally accordingly. I have a cup of pasta for about 200 calories. Wbole wheat. Bionature love it!

Calf raises done 100
Walk 2.25

Hey All -

Back from the gym - 200 calf raises, 2 miles in from 3.4 - 5.2 did 4 minutes over 5 yipee... working on trying to "run" more and more... I say jog.. I don't run.. LOL

Went with my sis tonight, was fun working out side by side...

Ok off to watch some TV - then some shut eye.. TTY Later

Ok, you guys are making me tired, I buggered out today and didn't do squat after my long day at work, boo-hoo, lol! Feeling better after the wine and shrimp veracruz. Will definitely have to work hard the rest of the week.

Tomorrow is a new day and I will start with a fresh face and attitude and pray this audit goes smoothly and then I can get back to my real life.....
