Good morning! I weighed and I'm thrilled!!! 212.6 down to 207.8. wooohooo~ I want to settle in to 1-3 lbs a week now. Week 1: F/V - one day I only had 5, but I averaged well over 6 a day! min of cardio - 217 calf raises - 50 step ups - 50 triceps - 100 (no pushups due to rotator cuff injury) biceps - 100 miles - 22.54 Plan for this week: 1) Continue counting F/V - this really helped me last week 2) I only drink water/juice anyway so this is easy for me! Today breakfast -oatmeal/banana lunch - salad with edamame with an ucky kale juice dinner - breakfast eggs scrambled with peppers, onions, tomatoes, toast snack - sweet potatoe orange juice cardio - going to up time on treadmill to 45 minutes! Hope everyone feels re-charged and ready to take on the week! Cathy Dig Deep, Get it Done!

Morning ladies, I posted all my stats with weigh-in. Working towards a better loss this week. One of our traveling sistas (Kat) is having back surgery today at 4 p.m. Keep her in your thoughts, this is something she has been struggling with for some time. She will be MIA from a computer for at least two weeks but can receive e-mail on her phone. Have a wonderful day! Pam

Morning teamies, Like Pam said u can post your results when you weigh in on the progress report it is such a nice feature. Emaile Kat and she informed us she will kick everyones booty when she has medical clearance. Emails much appreciated, pain is so isolating. Cathy, The challenge is real beverages u might want to recheck guidelines. U are only allowed one glass of juice. It,s about not consumimg sugar and eating real foods and beverages. Even Bob on biggest loser says dont drink your calories. If you are juicing and have a juicer making your own and not adding any sugar that would be the exception. Great week ladies! I need to get serious . I was serious with my exercise but a little too casual with my food choices even tho I did get in my f+v. This week I am grateful for having made time to walk more. I am grateful I ate fruit and veges. I am grateful to be healthy agsin. I am grateful for logging all my food. I am grateful to be sharing this journey with my sistas. I weighed the exact same. Didn't do so well with the f&v over the weekend, but I think I did start a good trend for me. Real beverages will be hard for me. The water here tastes icky, and still just not that great out of the britta filter. I am a crystal light tea drinker. Its almost all I drink.

Morning again, Cathy good on juicing naturally. I did it for 3 days thru Dr Oz cleanse it was good and filling. But I like my chews too...... LOL Donna congrats....... Anne britta it anyway. try and try again, the crystal light is good but try again just water, with lemon, or ,lime...... keep trying .do tea cold if you have to, instead of crystal light fake sugars...... you got this..... Pam I emailed Kat wishing her well.... done my treadmill time, after my work this afternoon will be toning. leaving shortly enjoy Denise Denise Only I hold the fork, so I will learn to put it down more often !

Hi Laurie and Denise, I like to chew, too! LOL And I am making sure that I am getting 20-25 grams of fiber every day. But I really don't like many vegetables to eat. It is easier for me to drink them than eat them. Plus, I am really dramatically raising the nutrients, especially since it is raw and not cooked. For instance, with our lunch today, we had turnip greens, carrot, apple juice. Between us, we had a whole bunch of turnip greens, 4 huge carrots and two apples. Tons of nutrients (especially when taken raw). I don't add any sugar to any of the juices. One thing I'm really trying to do is to take all prepared foods out of my diet and make everything from scratch. We are having Green Giant baby vegetables for lunch today, but for the most part, it is fresh everything. Cathy Dig Deep, Get it Done!

Cathy, Kudos to you, wonderful! You have had an amazing week! Today, made power greens salad with tomato, 3 oz. chix breast and boiled egg, yum! Thanks everyone, I know Kat appreciates the well wishes because as Laurie says the pain is isolating. This coffee thing with no sweetner, I might just have to give it up, bleck. Today has only been coffee and water so far. Cravings for pop pretty much gone unless I have fallen off the wagon and am having pizza or something. I went through all of my food logs last night and have to get my crap together. That has to be where my sabotage has come in perhaps to many fruits and not enough veggies. I feel like I need to carry a little notebook around my neck to make sure I write every little thing down. Send me a swift quick to stay on track.... Tonight the entree is chix breast but as for sides not sure but I am thinking spinach. Until later. Pam

Greetings!
I'm finally awake - slept almost 15 hours, boy was I pooped. This week should be a breeze, I typically only drink tea, coffee and water w/o sweetner except for my protein drink after I workout (need the extra whey protein) and that has sucralose in it. Just got back from the hotel fitness center - logged in 2 miles on the old treadmill. Didn't eat too much today though. My appetite has gone by the wayside.
Sherry - welcome home and kudos on losing while on a cruise! You'll have to tell me your secret.
Cathy - keep up the amazing work!
Anne - Maybe some teas from Teavanna. They have some amazing fruit teas that never need sweetners, and boiling the water may get rid of the icky taste.
