Morning Traveling Sistas,

It,s Sunday a time to contemplate rest and take care of ourselves. A time to breathe, meditate, assess. Take a minimim of 15 min for yourself today, to be quiet, to just be and recharge those batteries. The biggest mistake women make besides not exercising is overtraining. Listen to your body. Visualize your success in the coming week. Do u need to schedule your workouts ahead of time. Plan your meals. Be grateful for what worked this week . Release any stress, feel any negative feelings let them go. Dwell on your successes! Rember what u did right when u weigh in tommorrow u are more than the number on the scale. Laurie

Morning All

Taking a page from Laurie's today.. Will take 15 or more to just breathe and be.. No worries, no stress...

Planning on cooking today minimum of 3 meals so that I can pull them out and viola.. dinner is served..

Today, will be cleaning and dancing for me..

Good morning!!!!

Catching up - was crazy busy yesterday.

F/V - only 5.
cardio - first zumba class ever. I thought I was going to die! LOL 75 minutes and did everything. Not nearly as much pep as the others, but I did it!
pushups/biceps - rather than trying pushups, I did tricep curls (Saturday) and bicep curls. Felt great!

cardio - 60 min on stationary bike. Plan on a more leisurely ride since we worked quads so hard at zumba
meals - I'm juicing today until dinner (1) orange juice (2) carrot/apple/ginger juice (3) kale apple juice (4) sweet potato apple dinner - family wants quesadillas. I'm going to have a big salad with refried beans, tomato, avocado with salsa for dressing.

I'm going to take the time this evening for a long leisurely bath with scented candles, lavendar stress away bubble bath, and maybe a glass of wine with a good mindless book!

As I took yesterday off from planned workouts, today will be treadmill walking, but will put in time on floor mat with stretches and meditation, deep breathing time. Good idea for today.

Sunny today with temps -19, very nippy feeling, but beautiful.

I went for a short walk this am. Still a little sore so I'm not sure if I will do more. Not making my 10miles this week Sad I'm still on the journey tho. And I think I want more than 15 min today, lol!

30 minutes on the treadmill and headed out for a little sun since temp is back up to 70 today. Yesterday was an off day and I only managed 5 f/v oopsy!

Hoping to catch up today.

treadmill 45 mins slow walking done, but felt good just the same,
7325 steps to now, but glad I got some in.

bk from sister inlaws party, it was nice.
now vegging and going to do my breathing relaxtion in my room now, as I think I need it now. good way to end the day.

I finally landed in brrrr cold New Hampshire.
Yup Denise I seem to travel all the time, almost always for work, but I do have a nice cruise planned for May Smile
As I've been in the air all day (really I was up at 4am and now its nearly 8:30pm almost all of that time flying) and I cheated with a glass of wine on the plane, I think I'm going to call today a rest day and crawl into bed.

Bring on week 2!
