Catching up - was crazy busy yesterday.
Saturday
F/V - only 5.
cardio - first zumba class ever. I thought I was going to die! LOL 75 minutes and did everything. Not nearly as much pep as the others, but I did it!
pushups/biceps - rather than trying pushups, I did tricep curls (Saturday) and bicep curls. Felt great!
Sunday
cardio - 60 min on stationary bike. Plan on a more leisurely ride since we worked quads so hard at zumba
meals - I'm juicing today until dinner (1) orange juice (2) carrot/apple/ginger juice (3) kale apple juice (4) sweet potato apple dinner - family wants quesadillas. I'm going to have a big salad with refried beans, tomato, avocado with salsa for dressing.
I'm going to take the time this evening for a long leisurely bath with scented candles, lavendar stress away bubble bath, and maybe a glass of wine with a good mindless book!
