Step ups can be done in the gym, on the stairs, or use the curb just get moving and step up.
Logging miles: We have a spreadsheet u can use or u can keep track yourself. On Mondays you will log your progress on site. A mile is a mile in this challenge we encourage all movement. Remember biking has a ratio of 4:1 so if your only biking you might want to set yourself a higher goal of 40 mi a week.( 10 is the minimum)
