Morning everyone!

Let's get this party started!! Hi, I am Pam and am from Hempstead, TX. This morning I am hiting the stairs here at work before my shift to get my metabolism rolling for the day. Depending on the work load for the day, I hope to get in a brisk walk at lunch. Breakfast is a veggie filled omelet, snack is strawberries and greek yogurt, lunch 3 oz. of pork chop (leftover from last night) with a spinach and tomato salad. Dinner entree is still up in the air, will have to stop at the grocery on the way home. Veggies tonight are sweet potato with spinach and argula salad with bragberry organic dressing.

What are your plans for today Question

Two fruits and/or veggies for a total of six servings per day, we got this!

Hi All!

I'm Cathy from Ellijay, GA. I'm committed to this four week challenge! I'm at 212.6 lbs heading for 190 as my first "pit stop" to 175.

I'll be putting in 2 miles on the treadmill this afternoon at 4pm before I pick up my son from band practice.

Breakfast - oatmeal (I have never liked regular oatmeal, but I'm now eating half regular and half peaches n cream. After one week, I'm going down to just regular with fruit pulp from my juicer in it)

Snack - sweet potatoe, pineapple, tangerine juice. Heaven in a glass!!!!

Lunch - egg sandwich (2 range free eggs from a local farmer on wheat bread) with tomato. So, I'm up to 4 servings of veggies.

Dinner tonight will be a salad with edamame and chick peas, tomato and cucumbers.

That will have me at about 7 servings of fruit/veggies for the day!

Pam, will you please email me the spreadsheet? cathylroth@gmail.com.

Can't wait to get to know all of you!

Hello Everyone!

My name is Sherry and I am from Birmingham, AL. I am 55 years old.

My day started off not so good...my heater quit sometime in the night. A friend came over and worked on it and hopefully it is working now. It is only about 4 years old.

My breakfast was a 100 calorie protein shake blended with a banana. Snack was walnuts and raisins. Lunch will be a salad with grilled chicken. Afternoon snack will be grapes and string cheese. Dinner is either fish or chicken with squash and green peas and night snack will be a baked banana.

Going to do errands, visit Dad and to the YMCA to walk and bike.

We can do this!!

Hi all,

I'm Renee from Canada. Its really really cold out today (and snowy) but I'm going out for a brisk walk anyway before we head out to the airport.

Had my spinach omelette this morning and plan on a burger w/celery sticks for lunch.

May have to skip dinner if I'm still in the air but I'll have my protein powder and carrot sticks to fill in the gaps. Hopefully its a bit warmer in the states!

I'm back. My meals plans got a little changed up. I was late leaving due to the heating problem so I ended up eating a salad at Wendy's. I had half for lunch and the other half for dinner. It was too late to go to the Y, so I will do cardio while watching BL. Can't wait to see what happens on the show tonight.I'm outta here!! It's on!

Hi all! My name is Sarah-Beth, I'm originally from the UK but relocated to South Africa about a year and a half ago. Really looking forward to this challenge.
Started my morning with a quick 2K run before work. Hoping to fit in at least another 3k later on today. really hoping this challenge will kick start my weight loss and healthy living!
Haven't really got my meal plans worked out yet but I'll try my best to fit as many fruit and veg portions in as my husband will allow (he has an aversion to anything healthy making my life that much more difficult Razz)
Good luck everyone!!!
