I am up and off to work. Thanks for calling me on it gals, I will take more potty breaks and do something in there, lol. To shy to do at desk since its open area. Still eating ok, but really miss cardio.

Morning Teamies,

Have had a couple of slow days but I have logged 15 miles so far. Ready to go play volleyball and dancing away the night so I should get the exercise in today.

Donna if I read your post right u did 1.75 in 20 min that,s like almost a 10 min mile that is fierce u ran the whole 20 minutes?

Laurie - I am feeling much better this morning...finally! I am not fading on this challenge. My fire is hot, hot, hot!!

Denise - I know you are working, but we miss you! Hope your sister is doing ok.

Cathy and Sarah-Beth - Where are you? We need you!!

My plans for the day are laundry, and de-cluttering. I will also make a trip to the donation box. I have a couple of boxes of stuff that needs to go.

Laurie - Fat finger flog - 30 minutes.. but yes ran alot of the time..

Sounds like everyone has things they are doing.. So glad to see everyone mov ing..

Hi All,

I have SERIOUSLY missed you!!!!

Things are crazy. The tornado that came through was rated an F-3, but nearly F-4. So much damage. Heart break.

I'm working with my mom's rescue to provide pet food and supplies for everyone affected. Thursday, I spent the day driving around doing deliveries. Friday, I drove 12 hours round trip to pick up 2 pallets of dog food that was donated from Natural Balance. Saturday, I picked up two 3 day old dapple dachsie pups that I will be tube/ bottle feeding for the next 4-6 weeks. That means 2-3 hour feedings round the clock. Yep, I am going to be a crabby, sleep deprived B*tch.

I have missed so much going to the gym. I've tried to eat well - bought boxes of power bars - but have not done as well as I've been doing. I WILL get to the gym tomorrow (if it is open, we are having 4-6 inches of snow here which closes everything down).

Sad thing is that we are having freezing weather with snow and there are 350+ homes damaged destroyed by the tornado. Breaks my heart!!!!

I am doing some emergency grant writing to get the funds so that we can help families who lost their homes pay for pet deposits in new homes. Last thing we want is for people to have to surrender their pets when they have been through so much stress.

I know this is a very rambling post. Hoping to get life back somewhat to normal tomorrow. I am going to make herculean efforts to get to the gym. I KNOW it will make me feel better.

Evening everyone

Beautiful day today -too bad I was inside for most of it. Did get out for a quick walk. I think I officially pulled something in my leg so I think I'll take it easy on the running for a while.
Well, I'll weigh in tomorrow and cross my fingers - its been a very interesting week. Then I'm off to the airport for the last leg of my trip. Its just occured to me I've been away for almost this entire challenge...
