ok started day out dragging my butt to treadmill NO EXCUSES ! 62 mins in .............. I have only a few step ups in does 150 count?

they just put a pic line in & doing another chest xray
her breathing is brutal, cyanotic lips (blue)
wow , I would trade her places in a second.......I love her lots
and wish I could fix this, whatever this is.....
ok they have a bed in Sudbury working on air ambulance now.
ok my food is good. scale today showed me down 1 , it better stay that way till tomorrow.
I start work tomorrow for 2 days & 2 nights. it will keep my mind busy......
good foods r packed NO overeating. I am over that.............

ty, and yes post and check in, otherwise it is too easy to give in to bad temptations, you got this. Each hour stand up at your desk and do 10 little squats or leg lifts. 10 that is nothing adn will get your blood flowing then next hour do 1o triceps then 10 bicep curls, that is such an easy way to sneak your workouts in while this is your busy season so take advantage of 1 minute each hour to do good for you............................
