Thought I,d share a little love. Since next month is the month of love. We all can use a little more self love.

Y'all are not going to believe what just happened. I just did one of the craziest things I have ever done. Crying or Very sad I had a job interview at 10:30 and decided last night that since it was so cold I would wear my dress pants and a nice sweater. So I pull into the parking lot, getting ready to go in and a lady comes out. She is wearing a nice skirt and jacket and I think how much better she looks than I do. It is in that moment that I realize that I have on my jeans with the nice sweater. OMG!! How stupid can I be. I have never done anything like this in my life. No way could I go in. I just had to leave. I can't even call to apologize, because what would I say?? Now that I am home, I am laughing at myself. My oh my!! Lord help me!! Guess that job wasn't meant for me...Embarassed

Omg Sherry, I always try and remember to check myself before I leave the house. I have around the house clothes ya know, so far I haven't forgotten to change before going out, but I could totally see myself doing that, lol.

And yeah, I am in my around the house clothes, got half day off. Trying to muster the energy to get some cardio in. But I just want to rest....

Glad for everyones safety in the storms.

I am here and posting, even though I kinda wanted to avoid since I just am getting through each day and not getting any exercise in Sad I still am eating ok tho. A few more weeks of long days. I honestly don't know how you all do all you do while working full time, lol.

Morning everyone!

I missed yesterday but boy it looks like so much is going on!

Yesterday was so/so for me. I went out for drinks after work and a show - only had 1 glass of wine and ate a veggie platter. Went for a short walk but other than that didn't get any running/weight lifting in.
Today is looking up, I plan on running after work outside as its sunny and 60. Already managed a spinach omelette for breakfast.

Sherry - don't worry at least you had half of your outfit on Smile I've walked out with two different shoes on....

Anne - every little bit counts!

late afternoon,

ok started day out dragging my butt to treadmill NO EXCUSES ! 62 mins in .............. I have only a few step ups in does 150 count?
sorry .....I took stairs at hospital instead of elevator too.

then to Kinross pick up niece she is now with her mom,
my sister is in & out of conciousness
they just put a pic line in & doing another chest xray
her breathing is brutal, cyanotic lips (blue)
wow , I would trade her places in a second.......I love her lots
and wish I could fix this, whatever this is.....

ok they have a bed in Sudbury working on air ambulance now.

ok my food is good. scale today showed me down 1 , it better stay that way till tomorrow.

I start work tomorrow for 2 days & 2 nights. it will keep my mind busy......
good foods r packed NO overeating. I am over that.............

ty, and yes post and check in, otherwise it is too easy to give in to bad temptations, you got this. Each hour stand up at your desk and do 10 little squats or leg lifts. 10 that is nothing adn will get your blood flowing then next hour do 1o triceps then 10 bicep curls, that is such an easy way to sneak your workouts in while this is your busy season so take advantage of 1 minute each hour to do good for you............................

oh my gosh............funny but, not funny, but funny.

Evening teamies,

I feel almost manic there,s sunshine out. I took a rest day. I went to whole Foods at lunch to buy there superfood salad with Acai DRESSING. Third time they didnt have. Clerk printed out ingredients so I can make.Kale,Napa Cabbage, Carrots, Red Onions, Blueberries,shelled Edamame, Grape tomatoes,cashews, Goji berries dried, Sunflower seeds, Acai Dressing (Acai juice,apple cider vinrgar,garlic canola oil, salt,black pepper, cayenne,soy lecithin?).

37.00 later I have alot of salad. Will have tonight with organic pork loin without nuts.. What I,ve noticed since I,ve been eatimg right and exercise is I start too feel too good and then sabotage myself so I can feel same ol. Does that make sense to anyone?

Sherry, I could have done same thing but I think you should of sassed your way in there and not had that running commentary of how the other woman looked better. Trust me I totally get it. I want to lose those tapes in my head. Rewimd no thanks.

Anne, I,m so glad u are posting. I love your posts. You got this you need to believe u can do both. Sometimes I get overwhelmed but other days are good. Denise is right work it even if its a walk to bsthroom.

Hey All

Sorry its been so crazy lately... Trainer didn't get to meet up with him, so went to the gym...

Got in 1 1/2 hours there... and did good on my food today..

Got a date with hubby, Sis and BIL at the gym tomorrow.. LOL... Should be fun..

Denise - Hoping Sis is doing ok, you have my number if you need to talk.. Call me..

Off to get some sleep.. Hope everyone had a great night.
