Good morning, I have an early start today taking one of three doggie children in for the annual shots.

Managed 40 biceps curls and tricep kickbacks and boy do I feel it this morning.

The rest of day is not planned but I am sure treadmill will be part of it and of course laundry lol. Finishing coffee and then off I go.

Morning All -

Coffee please!!!
Woke up with a slight headache, trying to kick it to the curb..
Going to the gym to finish off my 10 miles for the week so that tomorrows will be a plus...
Later have 2 birthday parties - 1st and 50th.. kinda funny, kiddie and adult.. Should be a good day..

Meals are planned for the day, so that I don't snack over too much at the parties.. Bring a fruit tray to one, and a veggie tray to the other.. Should help me.. now just to stay away from all the sugars!!!!

Today, I'm going to do - JJ's or Step Touches along with some lift your legs and touch your toes... How many can I do in the 24 hour peroid.... WHO WILL JOIN ME!!!!!!

OK got to drink the coffee and get to the gym, will be a busy day... Hope that everyone Enjoys their Saturday.. Remember one step more than yesterday... Move and groove.... Happy Saturday!!

Morning,

I was out the door at 7:15 am to the Dr appointment. Ugh I do not like injections....they hurt....

Coffee and hello's then laundry and Donna I will join you today in throwing in a few...... tx for the mini challenge.

Well I'll be heading to the chiro doc in a few. Cant hardly walk. I know it will hurt and I should have already gone. I've only let him adjust my lower like twice it just hurts so much. I know as I get in better (correct) shape that I need to address the back, since I have worked around it being messed up for years. Darn it. I wanted to get in a long walk today to try and get as close to the 10 as possible. We shall see.

Hooray its Saturday!

Lots to do today since I have to be at the airport (again) for a 6am flight, which means Sunday for me is basically a lost day.
Planned all my meals for the day already
Still need to go to the gym later and finish some last minute work.
Weighed in early, lost a whole 1b.
Flying across the states to the east - hope its not too snowy. I've planned my meals/workouts for next week just hoping I didn't underestimate the workout room at the hotel.

Everyone have a terrific rest of the weekend. I'll check in late Sunday night.
